With over 40 years of combined experience, our Full Arch Team utilizes digital technology including Photogrammetry, iCam, MicronMapper, Intraoral Scans, Face Scanning, CAD / Design Software, top of the line 3D Printing, and ZirkonZahn Milling and Materials.
All arches are milled with high strength and high translucent zirconia.

The iCam Digital Workflow:
Five Restorative Appointments
1. Preop - 2 weeks before surgery: Records appointment
- Take IOS full arch scans of upper, lower, bite and preop pictures
- Submit scans to Dental Designs and upload photos to dentaldesignsinc.com/upload
2. Postop Day 1: Deliver Interim PMMA Provisional
- Seat PMMA Provisional and check occlusion
3. Postop - 8-12 weeks: Evaluate and order
- Receive clearance of implant integration and confirmation that the new final scans have been taken
- Evaluate Provisional PMMA and order the new PMMA Prototype on dentaldesignsinc.com/fullarchorder
4. Postop - 10-12 weeks: Deliver Prototype PMMA
- Deliver and confirm aesthetics and function are satisfactory
- Order final Zirconia on dentaldesignsinc.com/fullarchorder
5. Postop - 13-15 weeks: Deliver final Zirconia
